1. Service Description

MySongAI (“we”, “our”, “the service”) provides an AI-powered personalized song generation service. You submit details about a person and occasion, and our system creates a unique song using artificial intelligence.

2. Payment and Delivery

Payment is processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Your song will be generated and delivered within approximately 3 minutes after payment confirmation. In rare cases of technical issues, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the generated song. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order token.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive full personal and commercial usage rights to the final audio recording. You may:

• Share the song on social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Use it in personal or commercial video projects
• Include it in podcasts, presentations, or other media

Rights to the underlying AI models (Suno, Claude, etc.) remain with their respective providers. You receive rights to the final output recording only.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service to generate content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
